There are 191 homes that sit upon the 15-acre lake, all decorated for the holiday season, both on the lake and street side.

Boat Parade - always scheduled on the second weekend in December. Come out and watch 40+ boats parade on the water! Join us in the parking lot for a variety of food trucks from 5pm-7pm.

The parade begins at 6:30pm.

This is a walking neighborhood (or drive if so inclined). If you walk the entire lake of homes (going up and down the 8 streets), it is a full 2 miles.
